Shelby Brewster is an editor who works with scholarly and nonfiction authors to make their writing more effective, engaging, and expressive. She crafts content for print and online publications for academic and popular audiences.
She is also a writer and received her PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021. Her interests include environmental humanities, theories of (post)humanism, and editorial theory and practice. Her work has been published in Performance Research, Foundation: The International Review of Science Fiction, and Theatre Journal, as well as multiple online venues.
